Jonathan is a Marine Corps Veteran with a long history of success as a licensed health and life insurance agent. During his years in insurance, he was often called on as an expert in dealing with seniors and their families. It was during this time that he noticed a major discrepancy between what people believed they were getting with their insurance policies and what was actually provided for them in terms of long-term coverage.
Jonathan left insurance and started Your Care Agency working diligently to bridge this gap and to ensure that seniors and their families were adequately represented when looking for long term care solutions. He is passionate about helping families to find the best accommodations for their loved one's needs and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that they were taken care of. Jonathan's efforts have had a lasting impact on the lives of countless seniors and their families.

As Director of Operations, Terrah is the architect behind the systems that power the company’s entire placement process. With a background in business ownership, operations, and workflow design, she has built the infrastructure that allows the team to move quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver a consistently high level of service.
Terrah’s focus is on eliminating friction for both families and agents—bringing structure, organization, and accountability to every step, from intake through placement and beyond. Her work ensures that what can often feel overwhelming becomes a streamlined, well-supported experience for everyone involved.

With nearly two decades of experience leading assisted living communities, Steve has walked alongside seniors and their families with compassion and understanding. He is dedicated to making the placement process easier with patience and honesty, helping families find a safe, comfortable home where their loved ones are treated with dignity and respect.
Because of his background working inside communities, Steve knows what to look for beyond appearances—how a home is truly run, how staff interact with residents, and where potential concerns may exist. He takes the time to guide families through these details, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Mike Alexander brings 25+ years of leadership in the hospitality industry, including serving as a Director of Operations. His career has been rooted in taking care of people—anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and creating environments where others feel supported and valued. Today, Mike brings that same level of care and attention to families navigating senior living decisions, helping them find the right home for their loved ones with compassion, clarity, and confidence.

At 8½ years old, this Catahoula Leopard Hound brings a calm, steady presence to the team. After undergoing four hind leg surgeries of his own in the last few years and graduating from extensive K9 physical therapy, he has a unique connection with clients working to regain their strength. More stoic than playful in his older age, he takes his role seriously well-suited for hospital and skilled nursing settings where quiet, respectful companionship matters most.
