HOW MUCH DO SENIOR LIVING PLACEMENT SERVICES COST?
Your Care Agency is a free service. The facility that a person moves into pays us based on the first month's rent, not the family. Our entire placement process is completely free, so you do not have to worry about putting a financial strain on yourself and your family in an already difficult time.
DO SENIOR LIVING PLACEMENT CONSULTANTS RECEIVE COMMISSIONS?
A common question regarding senior placement services is regarding the commissions they may earn from the community or home a senior client chooses. Senior care placement agencies receive compensation from the care facility a senior or their family chooses, but they are not obligated to recommend specific homes or communities. Consequently, the agency can offer expert, honest suggestions for the best arrangement that matches the needs of the senior, focusing solely on their interests.
DOES MONTHLY RENT COST MORE IF I USE A PLACEMENT AGENCY?
No. Quite the opposite. Often times we are able to negotiate a lower rate due to our volume of placements in that area.
HOW DOES SENIOR LIVING PLACEMENT WORK?
Seniors and their families typically seek senior living placement services through a professional senior care placement agency. These services help them locate suitable housing solutions that meet their personal, financial, and medical needs.
In most cases, the first step in the senior care placement process is to conduct an in-person interview with the senior and family members. Senior care consultants interview seniors to gather information about their medical needs, preferred environments, personal preferences, budgets, locations, and other factors.
Having collected all the necessary information, the consultant finds care options that are tailored to the senior's needs. After that, the senior care consultant makes professional recommendations to the senior and their family. As part of the senior living placement process, the consultant may also assist with paperwork and other administrative duties. Final step is for the senior to be successfully placed and be welcomed to their new assisted living facility.
