EMERGENCY PLACEMENT

HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOU NEED EMERGENCY SENIOR CARE?
In most cases, families find themselves in need of emergency placement because of medical emergencies, financial hardships, or the death of a spouse, among other things. Your Care Agency can help you locate your elderly loved one in a new home if you need assistance. Whenever it is convenient for you, we will schedule a meeting so you can get the help you need as soon as possible.

Our goal is to make finding the right home as stress-free as possible for your elderly loved one. As part of the home placement process, we will serve as your advocate, support system, and expert.
Our first step in finding a senior's perfect living arrangement is to meet him or her personally and determine what they need most. It doesn't matter whether you're looking for assisted living, an independent senior community, or full-time nursing care, we can help you find a home that meets your needs.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR EMERGENCY PLACEMENT SERVICES?
When a senior seeks an emergency placement, a senior placement consultant will conduct an in-person interview to gather detailed information. A variety of topics will be discussed, including medical needs, living arrangements, location, and budget, so that the consultant gets a clear idea of what is important to your family. The consultant will then explore various options, such as assisted living or memory facilities, residential care homes, memory care independent living facilities and more, using their expertise to recommend the most appropriate type of residence.

When you determine which type of living arrangements would be most suitable for the senior, Your Care Agency will consult our extensive network of senior living communities and review options that meet your family's needs. Your senior care advisor will be able to provide you with a wide selection of the best-fit options to choose from even on a tight timeline through the combination of professional resources and expert knowledge.

Our support doesn't end after you receive our suggestions. As part of the administrative aspects of moving your loved one to a new home, a consultant will assist you in completing and submitting paperwork, as well as communicating with the facility or community that has been selected for them.
