The process we use is unique. As a result of our discovery process/needs analysis, we have a system that maps out every licensed facility.
In order to begin, we drop a pin on the address where the family wants to be, and then search for and evaluate all available options within a 3 to 5 mile radius. Once we find availability and background check those locations against the inspections from the AZDHS, we drop by unannounced to those homes to see how they operate when nobody knows we're coming.
Then we take the families on scheduled tours once we've weeded out the bad ones. As soon as the family decides on a location, we assist with the entire transition process so that they can move in. Assisting with paperwork and arranging transportation, as well as providing any other ancillary services required.
